Do I need a Referral?

No. Patients may refer themselves for non-narcotic management only. We are not affiliated with any spine surgeons, so you are guaranteed to get all nonsurgical management options we have to offer.

  • If you have an HMO your insurance company may require you to have one, but we don’t.
  • There is never a facility fee, so you are going to save up to 75% compared to the exact same services done at a hospital or surgical center.
  • Has your doctor recommended an injection (such as an epidural) but told you it would take weeks before you could have it? You don’t need to wait for the relief you deserve because we can usually do your Epidural (or other block) within a day or two.
  • We will never do a blind injection. They are all done under fluoroscopy (live X-ray) or under direct ultrasound visualization for better accuracy and safety. Why wouldn’t you want the doctor to see where the needle is at all times?
  • For un- and under-insured, we offer the best pricing available anywhere. We will match any qualified clinic’s price (in writing). More for your healthcare dollar.
  • Bring your insurance card (if you would like us to file the claim), your government-issued picture ID, and applicable copay to your appointment.
